About Us

Holyoke Sporting Goods prides itself in supplying brand name sporting merchandise to local teams, schools, organizations, businesses and individuals. We keep our prices competitive to ensure our customers are getting the best deals by shopping with us.

Holyoke Sporting Goods was started in 1928 in downtown Holyoke, MA. Much has changed since then, including our location! In January of 2005 we moved to our current location right off of Interstate I-91. Although it was sad leaving the old store, we were excited to offer our customers a more convenient store location and dedicated parking lot!

In 2017, Holyoke Sporting Goods became a member of Sports, Inc.—a national buying group dedicated to helping independent sporting goods retailers grow and prosper in a competitive marketplace. This association has given Holyoke Sporting Goods a competitive edge, allowing us to build relationships with new vendors, get the most favorable pricing from main line sporting goods suppliers, and pass those savings on to our customers!
